decoration

It’s official: we’re number one! Bottiglia Cucina Enoteca is proud to announce that we have been honored in a big way by lifestyle website Vegas Seven. We were recently awarded “Best Happy Hour Under the (Faux) Tuscan Sun” in their Best of the City awards!

This award is truly a humbling honor, and no small feat. Given the abundance of creative cocktail bars and amazing restaurants offering incredible happy hour specials in Las Vegas, we were up against some extremely worthy competition. We are truly thankful and appreciative of this fantastic honor. In this post, we’ll go through Vegas Seven’s review line by line, expanding on what makes our happy hour so special and noteworthy, and what you can expect when you come to visit.

“There’s no better escape from the oppressive summer heat than happy hour at Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca at Green Valley Ranch. In the magical hours between 5 and 7 p.m. on weekdays, house wine, draft beers and well drinks are $6…”

Well, we couldn’t agree more. When summer rolls around, it’s hot, hot, hot in Vegas. The heat can indeed be oppressive, and there’s nothing better than escaping it with a cool cocktail, fortifying glass of wine, or a cold beer.

At Bottiglia, between 5-7 pm, you can enjoy your favorite drinks at incredibly low prices. At just $6 for select drinks including house wine, draft beers, and well drinks, you can enjoy a beverage (or two!) in a cool, calming setting that will whisk you away from the summer heat for a little while. But be warned: come to our happy hour once, and you’re bound to become a regular! It’s really that good.

“... as well as delectable bites such as arancini stuffed with fontina cheese, a cheese and salami board, beef Carpaccio, and zucchini flowers with lemon ricotta and aioli.”

We care about you and your drink, and we don’t want you to get lonely or hungry! Make it a flavor party by adding some of our incredible food, because there are a number of options on special on our happy hour menu.

The review on Vegas Seven calls out some of our most popular dishes. We know that you’ll love our addictive arancini, which are cheese-filled risotto balls which are fried to crispy perfection and served with Bolognese sauce, as well as the offerings on our salami board, our incredible beef carpaccio, and our stuffed zucchini flowers, which are served with lemon ricotta and aioli.

However, the options mentioned aren’t the only offerings available on our happy hour menu. With other offerings such as homemade meatballs, wood-fired tomato soup, and a delicious caesar salad, there’s something for every type of appetite.

“The wood-roasted tomato soup, which comes with a Fontina, prosciutto and caramelized onion grilled cheese, is easily one of the best versions of the comfort food that we’ve ever had.”

We’re delighted to have such attention brought to one of our most special happy hour menu offerings. Grilled cheese and tomato soup is a classic and universally loved combination, but this version is extra special. It’s as if the nostalgic combination got a sophisticated Italian makeover.

Bottiglia’s creative re-imagining of this combo starts with the perfect soup, wherein wood-fired tomatoes offer a rich, smoky, and robust flavor. Paired with a grilled cheese filled with fontina, prosciutto and caramelized onion, this is a killer combination that you’ll be craving long after you’ve cleaned your plate. You definitely won’t confuse this creative concoction with the grilled cheese and tomato soup you had for lunch as a child!
