Ready to take a tour de cocktail?

Here’s a comprehensive overview to our cocktail offerings:

Sangria:

Sangria is an alcoholic punch which is Spanish in origin. Given Spain’s proximity to Italy, we’ve adopted it, since it tends to pair well with Italian food as well! We consider it the perfect drink to enjoy on Bottiglia’s epic patio, so we offer it both by the glass and by the pitcher. You can choose from two types of sangria:

  • Sangria Blanco: Made with white wine, apricot, vermouth blanc, lemon, sonoma Chardonnay, and tea ice
  • Sangria Rosso: Made with red wine, dry Curacao, sweet vermouth, lemon, and hibiscus sangria tea ice.

Bellini:

Light and bright! While a Bellini is perhaps most famous as a brunch drink, it’s also an elegant appetizer before a meal. Ours is made with white peach puree and prosecco, and it’s just as delicious as it sounds.

Mimosa:

Once again, while this beverage is usually associated with brunch, it’s truly delicious at any time of day. Ours is made simply, with fresh orange juice and prosecco.

Blood Orange Mimosa:

For a creative and more complex take on the Mimosa, try our blood orange-infused variety! It’s made with Absolut Elyx Vodka, Aperol, blood orange, lemon, and prosecco, which give it a lovely hue and delicious flavor.

La Bella Vita:

The name of this cocktail translates as “life is sweet” and it couldn’t be a truer sentiment than when you’re sipping this sweet beverage, which is made with aperol (an Italian apéritif made of bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona), strawberries, lemon, and prosecco.

Sgroppino:

This is a classic Italian drink which is ideal as an aperitif (pre dinner drink) or a digestif (post dinner drink). It’s made with 50 bleu vodka, lemon sorbet, and prosecco. A sweet sip indeed!

Fresca Fizz:

Uplifting and refreshing, this fizzy drink makes any and every day feel festive. This cocktail is made using your choice of Grey Goose Vodka or Bombay Sapphire East Gin, raspberries, mint, and prosecco.

50/50:

The name of this drink may be “50/50” but you won’t feel so-so about the uniquely bittersweet flavor, which is perfectly appetizing, featuring a melange of Belvedere Unfiltered Vodka, vermouth bianco, and Scrappy's Orange Bitters. You’ve got to try this one!

Mulo Pazzo:

Translated as “Mad Mule,” this is an Italian take on a Moscow Mule drink, created using Avion Silver Tequila, lime, basil, and ginger beer. It’s refreshing and has just the right amount of spice thanks to the ginger beer.

Blackberry Sage Tea Negroni:

A Negroni is a classic Italian beverage featuring Campari, gin, and vermouth. This tricked-out version is made with Bulldog Gin, blackberry sage tea infused Campari, sweet vermouth, and a blackberry sage tea ice sphere. Fancy!

Italian Stallion:

You’ll want to take this drink for a ride: made with Casamigos Reposado Tequila, amaretto, citrus, egg white, and rosemary, it’s a journey for the senses.

Reversed Chamomile Vesper:

An elegant alternative to a martini. This unique cocktail is made with chamomile tea infused Belvedere Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin, vermouth bianco, and Scrappy's Orange Bitters.

Endless Summer:

No matter what time of year it is, it always feels like summer when you sip at this tropical-styled drink which is made with Absolut Vodka, Malibu Coconut Rum, pineapple, pomegranate, lemon, and orange bitters.

Citrus Hiball:

This drink is simple yet classic, featuring Jim Beam White Label Bourbon Whiskey, lemon, and soda. It’s refreshing but has a pleasant “bite” thanks to the bourbon.

Off to the Races:

You’ll be ready to take on the world after sipping at this spectacular drink, which is made with Russell's Reserve 10yr Bourbon Whiskey, ruby red grapefruit, lemon, and Peychaud's Bitters.

Apricot Sour:

Our fruit-infused take on the whiskey sour cocktail is made with Basil Hayden's Bourbon Whiskey, apricot, lemon, and egg white.
