For instance, our pasta options are available with gluten free and whole wheat pasta; we also offer select vegan options on the menu, such as our Vegan Bolognese, which is made with chickpea bolognese, gluten free pasta, and almond ricotta.

2. An incredible new spring menu. At Bottiglia, we’re not afraid to change things up every now and again. Recently, we debuted our brand new Spring Menu, which is full of new options to tantalize the senses.

At Bottiglia, we paired up with design firm Studio Munge to create an Italian getaway inspired by the Amalfi Coast, right in our beautiful Green Valley restaurant. You’ll be amazed by how the thoughtfully appointed interior will augment your dining experience and truly give you the feeling of a European escape. 

4. Happy Hour. Let’s be honest: Happy Hour is never a bad thing. But it’s a particularly good thing at Bottiglia, where we offer incredible specials each Monday through Friday between 5-7pm! During these hours every weekday, we offer amazing food and drink specials for just $7. With such an amazing price point, Bottiglia’s Happy Hour offers the perfect chance to sample a variety of food and drink items from the menu. It’s the perfect way to wind down after work or enjoy affordable drinks and appetizers before dinner. 

5. An amazing brunch. At Bottiglia, our incredible Italian fare isn’t just for dinner! On Sundays, we also offer a destination-worthy and highly delicious brunch. 

Just as on our dinner menu, our brunch offerings strike the perfect balance of tradition and innovation. To please brunch traditionalists, we’ve got all of the usual favorites, such as French toast, omelettes, and variations on Eggs Benedict. However, we also offer plenty of Italian-inspired spins on the menu. For instance, you may choose to start your meal with our Prosciutto Carpaccio, which is served with arugula, oven roasted tomato, white balsamic, balsamic glaze, and crostini.

Then, on the main brunch menu, we offer items like our Baked Gnocchi Arrabbiata, which is made with spicy Calabrian chili, Buffalo mozzarella, and San Marzano tomatoes, as well as our Buffalo Mozzarella Panini, which contains roasted eggplant, pesto, and tomatoes.
